This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, forms, booking pages, text messages and client engagements. Our Terms of Service also apply.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, business details, and anything you share in our discovery forms, booking forms, emails, messages and calls.

Engagement information. When you work with us: session recordings and transcripts, the materials we build for you, and information we see through the partner access you grant to your Meta business portfolio, such as ad account, page and campaign data.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card or bank account numbers.

Website information. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to show relevant ads. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to you, book and hold your sessions, and send reminders and updates
  • To prepare your proposal, scope of work and materials, and to deliver your engagement
  • To process payments and keep records of agreements and delivery
  • To improve our services, training and materials, and to build case studies, as described in our Terms of Service
  • To run and improve our website and advertising
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights

3. Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, we use your number to send messages about your inquiry, bookings and engagement. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM, scheduling, video meeting, e-signature, payment, email and cloud storage tools, who may use it only to provide their services to us
  • With specialists we introduce to you during an engagement, such as a media buyer, under confidentiality and only as needed for their work with you
  • In case studies and published materials, as described in our Terms of Service; we never publish the personal information of your own customers
  • When required by law, or to protect our rights, for example in responding to a payment dispute
  • If our business is sold or reorganized, with the new owner, under this same policy

5. Your accounts

Your ad accounts and business assets stay yours. We access them only through partner access you grant, and you can remove that access at any time. We do not take access to your CRM.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes. Recordings and engagement records are kept as our delivery record. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. How we protect it

We use reputable, secure platforms and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your choices

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Text: reply STOP at any time.
  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Your information: you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@accelerationenterprises.com. We may keep records we are required to keep, or that relate to a signed agreement or payment.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
